At The Ever Garden Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following details:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Live Plants: Due to their perishable nature, live plants cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: These items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal and may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
